Teacher Gradebook
eClass® Grades is an electronic gradebook for use on the teacher desktop. With eClass® Grades teachers electronically record grades on individual assignments throughout the year. At the end of a term when report cards are due, consolidated grades are simply transferred from eClass® Grades to the Win School Report Cards module, saving data entry time.
Report Cards & Transcripts
The Report Cards module consolidates demographics, attendance and grades to produce report cards for students. Grade point average, earned credit, honor roll and class rank can be calculated, viewed and printed at any time.
Scanning
Simplify data entry. Win School is compatible with a wide range of scanners and scan forms.
eClass® Attendance
The Attendance module records students' daily and period attendance and has powerful reporting capabilities. Attendance reports can be generated immediately.
Scheduling
The Scheduler module is a powerful, comprehensive master timetable and student timetable builder. The advantage of the fully automated Win School Scheduler is its unique ability to combine master and student scheduling into one process.
Unlike many other scheduling systems, Win School's scheduling algorithm reads not only the conflict matrix, but also available teacher and room resources to place each class in the best time-slot and to accommodate the highest number of student requests.
Query
Instant access to your schools information enables you to perform administrative functions easily and efficiently. The Query module is the ideal administrators tool. Within this single module, you have instant access to student demographics, discipline, attendance, timetables, grades and more!
Even with minimal knowledge of this system, anyone with password access can view a complete and up-to-date student or teacher record.
Report Manager
Design custom reports to meet the specific requirements of your school. Report Manager gives you the ability to combine data with text and graphics to produce professional quality reports. From mailing labels to report cards, you can access all of the information stored in Win School.
Universal Access
Generate custom reports from your Win School database using the most popular reporting applications on the market, including FileMaker Pro, ClarisWorks, Microsoft Excel and more. The Universal Access module provides schools with unlimited flexibility for generating custom reports from their Win School data.
