ParentCONNECTxp, Pearson's parent access product is a powerful home-to-school communication tool that allows parents to keep track of their children’s academic progress–online, via an easy-to-use web site customized for your school. Parents may visit the password-protected site to view their child’s information. And they can easily communicate with teachers via e-mail or receive automatic notification of unexcused absences, missing assignments, or failing grades.

Web-based home-to-school collaboration solution allows you to examine up-to-date information on your child’s grades, attendance, homework assignments, and more−all through a secure, easy-to-use online link to school records. ParentCONNECTxp also makes it easy for parents and teachers to communicate via e-mail messages. You may even choose to receive automatic e-mail alerts if your child is tardy or missing an assignment.

    Parents or guardians may view their child’s student information through the ParentCONNECTxp web site only after they have registered with the school and received a user ID and password. In addition, to maintain the integrity of student data, the ParentCONNECTxp application stores all student information in a “read only” system, so the information is protected from modification. All data exchanged between the ParentCONNECTxp system and the parent’s computer is encrypted to further protect the data and ensure privacy.

  • Assignments
    Allows parents to review their student’s course load, class assignments, grades, and teacher remarks.

  • Student Information
    Enables parents to help keep student records up to date by reviewing basic information such as name and address, health data, and immunization records.

  • Grades
    Provides an up-to-date progress report of grades in every class and a history of grades from previous school years, making it easy to track student progress.

  • Discipline
    Records disciplinary incidents or issues to help parents identify behavioral problems.

  • Attendance
    Shows daily attendance records including tardiness and absences (excused and unexcused) in several views: calendar, absence type, or absence pattern.

  • School Information
    Offers a virtual school bulletin board to notify parents of upcoming events and activities and provides links to other school or district web sites.
